Hebrew Wisdom tells us that the body is a vessel which houses our soul for the duration of the incarnation. It is reflected into our illusory existence by the subconscious mind, and for most of us, perceived by our conscious mind as the border or edge of our personified existence. But in reality, it is a mirror of your own consciousness, a projection with which you see yourself and express your consciousness into the world. The body is the main way with which the subconscious speaks to us. In this episode we’ll talk about what this means, and how can the body be used as a powerful tool for our psycho spiritual development. We’ll also talk about our physical differences - why are some of us heavy and some skinny, short or tall, muscular or frail. We’ll talk about dis-ease and what we can do about it, and how limitations in the body can be related to our journey and purpose.

Episode Show Notes:

Today we discussed the Body as a tool for transformation – first simply as a mirror to our consciousness and a reflection of our ego personality, projected into our mental awareness by the Subconscious mind.

We then discussed Dis-ease and how it can be used as a catalyst for the progress in our journey. Lastly, we spoke about physical limitations we endue – either from birth or after due to injury or disease – and how they can relate to our journey and purpose.

In relation to Allergies, I quoted Ra 98:5
