Padma Shri Aparna Sen is an international filmmaker and actor for many decades. Being the daughter of renowned filmmaker Chidanda Dasgupta, she was raised amidst art and poetry.
On Kaavya, she recites the melodious poem by Rabindranath Tagore and Jibanananda Das that were translated by herself and her father respectively.
