Today my guest is Michael Marmina. Michael is a Personal Trainer and Gym Owner based in Mornington on the Mornington Peninsula.

In this episode we chat about fitness routines from beginner to advanced, recovering from a knee injury (that I probably caused), programming for an actor (or anyone) who has six months to get into shape naturally, our initial professional wrestling journey and loads more. We barely scratched the surface in this chat and will record a part 2 in the next few weeks.

This was a bit more of an experiment for me, I didn’t go into it with a plan or any questions, just got straight into it and had a blast. Any feedback is welcome :)
