I just mailed in my ballot for the 2020 US Presidential Election. This is the first time that I have voted in a US election and in light of my recent episode with Jude Kalman, I share why this time I made the effort to vote.

In fact, politics has become a more practical part of our family. Each week my wife & I bring our kids together for "Family Council" where we cover household business, but also give the kids an opportunity to voice their concerns and suggestions for the family.

In our very first sitting of the family council I get scolded by my son... and as a result made a smal but profound impact on our family. This simple practices highlights the power of politics at its best and the empowerment it gives those that often feel powerless and unheard.

This is one of the great themes of episode #12 with Jude Kalman, so if you want to learn more and be insired by her incredible story, be sure to check it out!
