In yet another incident of violence involving police and an ethnic minority, Dallas, TX police officer Amber Guyger, has been charged with manslaughter for shooting and killing Mr. Botham Jean. Reportedly, Officer Guyger mistook Mr. Jean's apartment for her own and shot him when he opened the door to his own residence.
