You can’t sit around waiting for someone to achieve your goals because nobody has the same desire, motivation, and belief that you have in your dreams.

There’s no shortcut to success. You simply have to start. You’ll stumble a lot; but no individual has ever gotten away with success without a ton of failure.

Nikki makes a case against the myth of perfectionism. She says that the majority of your plans will fall short of your ideal. But there’s no getting away from this reality. Instead of striving for perfection, Nikki encourages people to simply carry out their task and, once it’s all said and done, go through three steps: reflect, address, and accept. Look at what went wrong, what went right, and what you could do differently next time; take action based on those reflections; then move on once it’s all done. Rinse and repeat.

Tune in to hear how you can eliminate all your excuses and unlock your full potential, from creating an unshakable sense of self, the importance of staying grounded, increasing productivity through self-care, and the seven habits that keep people from success.
