After completing her training as a certified instructor for a well-known birth hypnosis program, she felt the structure and methods of the program wasn’t useful for all of her clients, so she used her training as a hypnotherapist to create a program that she uses one-on-one with her clients to ensure they learn techniques that will support their needs in birth. 

She works with a wide variety of clients, including first time parents, parents who are recovering from a traumatic birth experience or other history of trauma, and those who are looking for an approach that uses hypnosis techniques that allow them to experience
