Heather is joining me again as we continue our conversations about suicide awareness.  Today we are looking at depression and anxiety, how these 2 conditions can effect our mental constitution and practices that can help us stay aware of our emotional state when we find ourselves there.  With breath work, meditation and a litany of other practices, we can work with our nervous system to help regulate our emotional states.  We live in a world that is surrounded with anxiety, depression and stress triggers.  Knowing this and finding was to manage these states are important to our humanity.
