2021 Housing Bubble???

Today we will be talking about what is on everyone’s mind. ARE WE IN A HOUSEING BUBBLE!!! The short answer is no in my professional opinion the long answer is in the video. The biggest reason is even if a lot of people go into foreclosure because the government is no longer paying their rent or mortgage there has been 10 buyers for every house on the market. If anything it will help balance out the power scale.

To often agents expect people to understand the process of buying and selling. In today’s fast passed market I believe that you should be able to make an informed and educated decision on what is the largest investment in most people’s lives.
