Lack of Recognition
Not receiving acknowledgment or appreciation in personal or professional spheres can make individuals feel undervalued.

Recognition and value are ultimately given by God and in contrast to human judgment and timing. God does not look at the things people look at. God looks at the heart. David’s youth and occupation tending the sheep may have been insignificant in comparison to his brothers’ roles and attributes.

When Samuel anointed David in front of his brothers it showed God’s insight into David’s heart and potential, something that had not been recognized by others.

Your heart has kingdom value
