Life has taught me that it can be cruel and will kick you while you’re down to the point that you want to end it all. Hard work and dedication thrown out the window, only to be left behind to pick up the shattered pieces of your life.
Despite all this, like a phoenix, we rise from the ashes. We keep fighting. We keep the hope alive.
Brazil has been a lifelong dream, and at age 30, it finally became a reality. I experienced its beauty and magic, but more importantly, it has reminded me that nothing will stop me from achieving my dreams.
