The Joce Podcast is back with another episode and this time they are back with a former high school classmate in @BlairTheTrainer. In the first part lf this special 3 part episode Blair discusses how he first got into running track, how his first race went, breaking a state record, what its like to be recruited by big colleges, and his first race in the SEC.
Blair Henderson is not only a former high school classmate of both DwayneTheComic and BoobieDoucet but he was also an all american track runner in high school. This would lead to him breaking the Louisiana state record for the 800m dash and catching the eyes of big D1 recruiters at colleges such as TCU and LSU. He would eventually choose and LSU and go on to run track for them for 4 years. After graduating he proceeded to receive his masters degree and is now a personal trainer and author in Houston, Texas.
Due to technical difficulties on this episode there is no "news" segment this week and the audio is not as crisp as usual and we here at the The Joce Podcast would like to apologize for that.
