Jimmy spends most of the hour with Aaron McCallister, owner of T-Bird Roadhouse in Wheat Ridge.  T-Bird is suffering under an excessive and unjust new noise ordinance passed by the city council last August - yet another instance of a small business being squeezed by government. Jimmy also discussed this in his Denver Gazette column on Friday.
