When you are accused of child abuse, it's guilty until proven innocent based on the actions of the State of Colorado.  That is the opinion of Aurora City Councilwoman Danielle Jurinsky, who just won a $3 million judgement against an Aurora Social Worker who falsely accused her of child abuse as revenge.  Jimmy Sengenberger fills in for George.  He and Danielle recount the court case and then talk about some onerous new rules for restaurants proposed by Democrats. (Danielle has been in the restaurant industry since her mid 20's).
