Everybody Needs Somebody Sometime - Even Aviators

In episode 15 of Jet Blast Andy, Lee, and I had great conversation with Christina Brown about the important role Coaches play and why us aviators should leverage the resource more often. In aviation we typically operate on small teams, as independent contractors, and/or small business owners without the advantage of a neutral, objective sounding board. Christina shares some very good perspective on the coaching process. We did have a fire alarm scare early in this episode...we think it was a false alarm. The charity we are highlighting in this episode is the Aviation Family Fund which assists in providing supplemental funding during the recovery process  for alcohol and drug-related dependence, and is available to anyone in the aviation industry.
