I am a runner - this is not something I ever thought I'd say of myself. If you would have asked me twenty years ago to go for a run, I would have laughed... a lot. But today, it's my most favourite activity. I get asked a lot of questions, such as "how do you start running?" - and my most favourite question... "WHY?" This is a simple one, running is addictive and once you start running you just can't stop.
I'll talk about how you start running, and how to make sure you'll run safely without hurting yourself!
This is also a health warning, please consult with your doctor before you start to run.
