Noel Thatcher (a 5-time Paralympic Gold Medalist) and Mike Salter (a Paralympic official and multiple participation certificate winner) have spent much of their lives working in Japan and Sport. Between them they've helped deliver talks on Japan and Japanese for the likes of Team GB, World Rugby, British Athletics and UK Sport among others.
