Hey, it's Jake Fogelnest. I've been behind some kind of microphone since I was fourteen years-old. You might know me from my old podcast "THE FOGELNEST FILES" or from being on the radio at SIRIUS XM or maybe as a Writer/Producer for a bunch of TV shows. I am a three time Emmy nominated Writer/Producer which means I have lost at the Emmys three times (so far). My career began in 1994 when I started hosting a Public Access show out of my teenage bedroom. It was called "SQUiRT TV" and it became a cult phenomenon in NYC and eventually a cult MTV show. I don't know, I've been doing this stuff 25+ years and now I'm a respected "Executive Producer" and stuff. Whatever that means.
When the pandemic hit in 2020, I got bored sitting in the house being afraid of the air which we were told was poison. So I started doing a podcast again. Just me, no network, no notes, whatever I felt like doing. I think it's the MOST IMPORTANT CULTURAL NEWS AFFAIRS PROGRAM OUT THERE TODAY. No, it's just me talking about cool stuff and sharing what the good things are. Since I started in August of 2020, I've done 200+ podcasts. You can listen to the most recent episode here each week.
