Thanks for joining The Year of Duke and Rogue as we continue to plow through beanfield that is the WCW in 1996. In this episode, we were promised mystery, suspense, and intrigue. What we got was a Macho Man Monster Truck giveaway, the Hulkster with hair, and an ass spot that nobody asked for. It's Halloween Havoc 1996, and the NWO is looking to continue their hostile takeover of WCW, with the Outsiders challenging for tag team gold, The Giant carrying on with a US belt that he stole from the Nature Boy taking on Double J, and newcomer Syxx facing that fine young athlete Chris Jericho. The main event features an incredible amount of bullshit as the Mega Powers explode all over the place with World Heavyweight Championship on the line.
