Jeff Svoboda and Jennifer Chefaro join to analyze the Winnipeg Jets and Columbus Blue Jackets trade.

Winnipeg receives: Pierre Luc Dubois and a 3rd round pick Columbus receives: Patrik Laine and Jack Roslovic

Patrik Laine Stats: 140 goals, 250 points in 306 games.

Quick Thoughts: Jeff "It's going to be a facinating subplot how Laine and Tortorella get along... the weakness they talk about with Laine is defence, and If you don't play good defensive hockey, Torts is not going to be a happy camper"

Pierre Luc Dubois Stats: 66 goals, 159 points in 239 games

Quick Thoughts: Jennifer "Huge, Huge, Winnipeg got fleeced. I don't even know what they were thinking."

From Jeff Svoboda's article about Jack Roslovic:

"I think Jack Roslovic is going to be a huge part of this whole trade," Kekalainen said. "He's a guy that we wanted to draft, couldn't get it done. Obviously there's other teams that have their turn, too, and we couldn't get to him. Every time we've had any trade talks with Winnipeg, I've asked about Jack Roslovic. He's a hometown boy. We think he can play center in the NHL and he has tremendous speed and skill and hockey sense."

Team ISO: Arizona Coyotes (20:09)

José M. Romero discusses the controversial non-icing call for the last Yotes game. Updating, how players Kessel, Garland, and Chychrun are playing well early this season. How prospect Victor Söderström has looked early in his career, and how GM Bill Armstrong plans to work with his young core.

"Anytime you have a chance to come out here in the off-season and train and go outside and enjoy the weather... who's not going to go for that? There's not a ton of pressure on them sports-wise" says Jose on bringing in free agents to compliment the young core.

His article: After controversial non-call, Coyotes fall on final-minute goal from Golden Knights.
