City have done it. After being 8 points behind to Arsenal, they have done what they do best and had a huge unbeaten run to secure the title and they won it before they even kicked a ball as Forest narrowly beat Arsenal to secure safety for themselves, but the inevitable promised land for CIty.

Elsewhere, Newcastle secured Champions League football at St James' Park for the first time in 20 years to much celebration from the Geordies... and Louis.

Finally,. the relegation battle comes down to the wire as Leeds, Leicester and Everton all face the drop. Only one of them can stay in the Premier League and it all comes down to this. The lads try and predict all 10 games to end the season and boy, its been a belter.
