For October 23, 2007. Twenty years ago on this day, the nomination of Robert Bork to the Supreme Court was rejected by the U.S. Senate. This is the first of a number of "backlog" episodes which I'll be posting along with current date ones.
Our theme music is composed and performed by Marc Rose.
