In this week’s show, Phil talks to Camille Fournier, an engineering executive, author of the books “The Manager’s Path” and “97 Things Every Engineering Manager Should Know.” She began her career with Microsoft in 2001 as a Software Design Engineer and by 2014 had been appointed Chief Technology Officer of Rent the Runway.

She is now the Managing Director of Two Sigma, with responsibility for management and strategy.
