Diversity in books is an important subject for authors and publishers to openly discuss. So my friend C.D. Pulley and I did just that, We had a lively conversation exploring every aspect of diversity in Romance and Erotic Writing.
And porn.
It wouldn't be a shock to anyone if I said that romance was a genre with a typical white female face (though some trad pub's might be more white male) and that it is a good thing to support and promote diversity in the books we write as well as the writers who create. But how do we do that?
