WE DID IT! Light the fireworks and ring the bells, here we wave goodbye to an absolutely fantastic, perfectly singular book in our series. There really is nothing quite like Feast. No surprise it requires our biggest episode EVER. Today I discuss the brilliance of its anti-war message, the joy of focusing on the people rather than the titles, and that's all with trying to not comment too much on the overall!

As for our chapters we must suffer through the brutality of Brienne's reward, as well as truly seeing what has become of the Brotherhood without Banners, every one of Cersei's mistakes comes to find her in the depths of the Sept of Baelor in what is a pretty good day for King's Landing in general, Jaime completes his victory at Riverrun, topping it off with some smacks to Spicers, Freys, and his own sister, and Sam finally brings us back to Oldtown to meet Marwyn, the Glass Candle, and a really, really big bunch of questions.

Today's final chapters:

-Brienne VIII

-Cersei X

- Jaime VII

- Sam V

So hop aboard the Isle for one last discussion on Feast and for some final goodbyes. There is a whole bunch to talk about (hence the three hours), but you might want to come for the examination of Stoneheart using guest right as a trap, Brienne's terrible penance, Cersei's great crimes coming to haunt her, Riverrun's end as the second true 'home' of the series, Jaime's growth to responsibility in the snow, his reply to a certain letter, the gamechanging of glass candles, my long-awaited counting of maester mentions, and a whole bunch more!

Thank you all for joining us for Feast, it's been a hell of a ride
