On the November 13th, 2021 edition of Notre Dame Federal Credit Union's Irish Sports Saturdays, host chats with former Notre Dame offensive lineman Dan Santucci in our Focus on Faith interview. Dan reflects back on his favorite Notre Dame games when he was a 3-year starter from 2004-2006 and shares a great story about how his parents embarrassed his then girlfriend (now wife) at a football game. Santucci also reflects on how football helps mold you in a leader and points out that getting yelled out by Charlie Weis prepares you greatly for life's challenges. Santucci is a man of faith. He grew up in a strong Catholic family and attended Catholic school from grade school through college. He and his wife Meredith have five kids and are passing on that faith to their kids. Santucci had been working at Notre Dame in development for the last several years but in the last year, he returned to his high school alma mater, St. Patrick's Catholic High School in Chicago, where he is now serving as President. A great conversation about faith, family and football!
