On the September 10th, 2022 edition of Notre Dame Federal Credit Union's Irish Sports Saturdays, host Angelo Di Carlo chats with Notre Dame graduate wide receiver Matt Salerno about his incredible journey to be a scholarship player for the Irish. Salerno grew up a huge ND football fan and was coming to Notre Dame as a student. Then he decided to walk-on the team and now he has a scholarship. Last week against Ohio State, he had a circus like catch that will certainly be remembered for a long time. While on the team, he says his Catholic faith has grown strong thanks to a fellowship group the team has. It's a great conversation about faith, family and football.
