The innovation associated with a fashion brand is preserved via trademark and intellectual property mechanisms.

An essential condition for trademark registration is distinctiveness. To steer them clear of the concerns with infringement and counterfeiting, the fashion firms' unflinching inventiveness is kind of a test.
