Kline School of Law, discusses her article "The Law of Gravity," which will be published in the Columbia Journal of Transnational Law. Lopez begins by describing the role of the concept of "gravity" in international law. She observes that it has always been a central concept, and reflects on how its role has changed over time. She explains how courts and other international bodies conceptualize and apply gravity. And she argues that it is the right way to approach international law. Lopez is on Twitter at @Rachel_E_Lopez.
