Arpitha Kodiveri on Indian Environmental Law

In this episode, Arpitha Kodiveri, a graduate student at the European University Institute, discusses her article "Wildlife First, People Later?: Forest Rights and Conservation - Towards an Experimentalist Governance Approach," which is published in the Journal of Indian Law and Society. Kodiveri begins by describing Indian environmental law and why it has created tensions with indigenous communities.
