A former Linn-Mar prep, Ryan Murphy, celebrated an SEC team championship with Arkansas. The Wartburg College teams dominated at the America Rivers Conference meet in Decorah, but Loras star Kassie Parker broke up the Knight women's bid for a perfect score with a 6K course record time. The podcast ends with the Iowa Central teams continuing their reign over Region XI teams in the NJCAA meet in Waterloo.
