He brings on former All-Big 12 runner Abby Caldwell to talk about the encouraging performance by Iowa State. The race results also feature great head-to-head battles between the Runablaze and new Running Wild races at the Quad Cities Marathon half marathon and 5K races. An Iowa-heavy group of runners from host Grand View, St. Ambrose and Indian Hills led the way at Saturday's Viking Invitational.
