Welcome to IoT Coffee Talk #162 where we have a chat about all things IoT over a cup of coffee or two with some of the industry's leading business minds, thought leaders and technologists in a totally unscripted, organic format. Thanks for joining us. Sit back with a cup of Joe and enjoy the morning banter.

In this week's episode, Leonard, Rob, and Bill jump on Web3 to talk about how the IoT can save a young Rob Tiffany from getting eaten by a Grizzly bear when he was way tardy getting back to camp from his mountain hike. Yes, connecting the middle of nowhere is here and it presents some exciting possibilities for tracking and tracing things so that Rob will never have to use a Windows phone's LED screen to illuminate his path in the wilderness. We also talk about how best effort will keep the cloud more remote from the edge than we might have thought and hoped. Rob also proves that human judgement makes us a bit better than the artificial humanity.
