We all want an endless supply of investors to fund our deals, but we have to remember syndicating large multi-family deals is like running two businesses:
1. There is the real estate business: finding deals, underwritting, performing due diligence etc.
2. Then there is the investor business: finding great investors to partner with you, performing for your investors, setting the right expectations.
