In episode #28 of "Intrigued Full Effect" I spoke to the sister of Jeannette and Dannette Millbrook who says that investigators at the time botched the case, assumed the twins were runaways didn't try to find them because they were black. The twins vanished on March 18, 1990, after they were sent out to get bus fare from a family friend for school. They made several stops including a local gas station and were never seen again. If you have information in the case call the Richmond County Sheriff's Office tip line at 866-939-5050.
