Hey you wild women!

My next guest is the co-founder of Radical Skincare, which launched globally into 800 prestige retail stores across 17 countries including Harrods, Barneys NY, Saks 5th Avenue, and Sephora.

Rachel Edlich and her sister, Liz, founded Radical Skincare, a women-owned global powerhouse. Since being founded, Radical Skincare has enjoyed numerous awards and has become a press darling, receiving accolades from Oprah and many more. Together, Rachel and Liz developed a proprietary technology, Trylacel, that combined groundbreaking science with the power to deliver potent ingredients without irritation.  They never intended to sell their healing youth elixir but, after seeing reactions to their unbelievable results, they knew it had to be shared with the world. Eventually, Rachel and Liz bought back the company and have since grown it to be a successful global brand that's authentic to their mission.

Join us as Rachel talks about how to stay motivated, authentic and brave when developing a successful global company.

In this episode you will learn about how:

To learn from your mistakes  To get over perfection and be open to failure To listen to your intuition and your inner voice with your business To stay true to your values and authentic Rachel and Liz started their skincare line To get through the hiccups of developing a product  To stay motivated when your feeling doubt To turn adversity into an opportunity  3 tips on starting a skincare line To develop relationships through networking
