Hey you wild women. It’s a big day!

Today we are celebrating 200 episodes of Into the Wild, and I am welcoming back the only male guest we have had on the show to date, my husband, Dan Martell!

Dan Martell is a WSJ bestselling author, entrepreneur, angel investor and became a highly sought- after coach in the SaaS industry after exiting three technology companies within a ten- year period. He’s also an Ironman athlete, philanthropist, husband and father of two incredible boys.

In this episode we talk about some of the most important aspects of our life; marriage, parenting, and delegating; highlighting the use of our incredible house manager and what it took to get me (especially) into a position where I was ok with it. We breakdown our systems and how we’ve created internal procedures to run a smoother personal life (So that we have more time with our kids and each other!)

In this episode, you will learn about:The page that I marked in Dan’s book and my take on it.

The difference between coaching men and women Women’s fear of judgement How forcing function drives people The “Wartell” household operations Using Buy Back Your Time principles in your home Empowering people to make decisions Being a partner to a high- performer Creating space for your marriage or relationship Learning to let your kids fail Why letting go, both personally and professionally, is important for entrepreneurs. How we manage our household and what’s had the greatest impact Why delegation is important for making the most of your time What the 1:3:1 principle is and how we use it to manage their household. How to deal with pushback on your personal choices and navigate other people’s opinions. What it means to climb your own mountain at your own pace. The coaches that Dan and I work with together and individually. How accepting a level of complexity led to more simplicity in our lives.
