Sylvie Desjardin is the founder of NxCareer and a certified rehabilitation vocational professional (CRVP). She has also worked as an employment counselor with the Government of New Brunswick thanks to her master’s degree in guidance counseling.

She founded NxCareer to help people discover their most suitable career options. Since the business first began, she has coached more than a thousand clients to find a career that fits their expectations and ambitions. I am so lucky to have her join me on the show today.
