On this week's show we have two guests with stories about overcoming obstacles through activity and awareness. In the latter half of the show we'll be joined by world class athlete and bestselling author Joe Kurmaskie about his history and his organization, Iron It Out, which seeks to bring awareness to a widely unknown and underdiagnosed disease called hemachromatosis.
First up though we're going to be finding out about Adventures without limits a group that takes people with limitations be they physical or financial into outdoors adventures to help them discover that perceived boundaries don't need to hold them back from discovering their potential through outdoor activiites. To start out the show and get us fired up thinking about ziplining, kayaking and outdoors adventures we have a song chosen for us by our guest from Adventures Without Limits, Jaime Fantauzzi.
