Autism, or autism spectrum disorder (ASD), refers to a broad range of conditions characterized by challenges with social skills, repetitive behaviors, speech and nonverbal communication. According to the Centers for Disease Control, autism affects an estimated 1 in 44 children in the United States today.
In this Episode we speak to Tracey Foskey, CEO and Creator of The TJAY Foundation. Tracey is also the mother of a child diagnosed with Autism. Tracey share with us why she created the foundation, and she issues she had doing so. She also opens up to the audience how her life was changed as she began to understand the diagnosis of autism for her child.
