Advanced Analytics is Transforming Intel’s Business Processes - Intel® Chip Chat episode 557

Itay Yogev, Intel IT Director of Advanced Analytics, joins us to discuss how Intel IT improves internal processes with advanced analytics to solve high-value business problems. Itay discusses how these advancements have enhanced how Intel designs, manufactures, sells and delivers products to our customers. With differentiated analytics, we can predict the impact of decisions before action is taken, and with advanced analytics, AI can perform cognitive tasks at a sufficient level so humans can take on higher-value tasks. This has increased the accuracy of Intel’s silicon validation processes and manufacturing yield. Itay also shares an example of his teams’ work with the Michael J. Fox Foundation to use wearables and advanced analytics to study the mobility of Parkinson’s patients.
