Charles explains how Lenovo views open networking and interoperability as critical components of IT infrastructure today and into the future. In this interview, Charles highlights recent collaborations with Intel, including a joint innovation program with Lenovo and Orange which integrates the Intel Rack Scale Design components to measure if the performance versus power consumption ratio, as well as the new Intel® Select Solutions for NFVI Forwarding Platform, and the optimization of the Intel® Select Solution for NFVI optimized for 2nd generation Xeon Scalable processors.
