Paul is an Organisational Consultant and Executive Coach based in Seattle. 

Paul worked in Microsoft for over 25 years  in senior global HR leadership roles. He started businesses in Ireland, India, China, UK, and the US. He built organizational blueprints and governance models for complex global matrix organizations.  He has an MBA and Master of Organizational Leadership, is an ICF Professional Certified Coach, and is one of the first coaches certified in Conversational Intelligence (CI-Q).  

His company, Orca Solutions empowers leaders, teams, and organizations to “create their desirable future” by  using brain-based and whole systems methodologies.
