This week, my guest Jihan Abass, the founder and CEO of Griffin, Kenya's first digital car insurance company. Jihan is also founder of Lami, an insurance as service platform that helps companies to create and distribute digital insurance products. We talk about:

Prior to starting Lami and Griffin, Jihan worked as a sugar trader in the City of London, trading on the New York and London sugar markets. She has an MBA from the University of Oxford and an undergraduate degree in Finance from CASS Business School, London.
