Dick Gale is a retired teacher of 6,000 students and inspiring leader in education. Dick works with the IFT, Institute for Teaching, as a non-profit arm of the California Teacher’s Association. He works to find teachers who are building the strengths of their students through immersive educational experiences with grants. These are teacher-led innovations to help students build important skills.
