Rediscovering Joy After Loss Through Exquisite Self-Care

Rediscovering joy after loss IS possible. Today’s guest, author, and speaker Suzanne Falter joins me to share how she found her way back to true and lasting happiness after her 22-year-old daughter Teal’s death from a medically unexplainable cardiac arrest. Exquisite self-care played an important role in her healing and is now a part of her message, along with the importance of learning to listen deeply and then trusting the answer that comes, no matter what.
