Today's episode is one that's very personal to me. My wife Jenna, my mother-in-law Pam, and I sit down to talk about the suicide of my father-in-law, Tom. It's a difficult conversation, but we share it in the hopes that it can help someone else who may be struggling. We discuss Tom's life, his inner struggles, and the days and weeks leading up to his passing. We also talk about the grief that comes with suicide and the importance of asking for help. Please take a moment to listen and share.

Also, since May is Mental Health Awareness Month, we're honored to support NAMI Dane County, an organization that provides education, support, and advocacy for people affected by mental illness in our community. Help us make a difference and join the fight!
