Joining us is Stephen Zimmermann, Director, Office of Internal Audit and Investigations of one of the most famous brands in the world, running one of the most inspiring missions: UNICEF. Sir Rob Wainwright and Stephen Zimmermann talk about how the cause of helping vulnerable children in highly challenging environments around the world doesn’t come without its fair share of difficulties. They talk about the principles of ‘smart risk taking’ and different examples that underscore the importance of developing, setting up and nurturing supply chains in good times to prepare for the more challenging.

Stephen Zimmermann joined UNICEF in July 2019, where he leads teams responsible for the organization’s assurance and advisory services, as well as investigations into fraud, corruption and misconduct across UNICEF’s global operations.

UNICEF works in over 190 countries and territories to save children's lives, to defend their rights, and to help them fulfil their potential, from early childhood through adolescence.
