State Capitol Annex updates

The California State Capitol Annex is more than 70 years old and is home to offices of the governor and state lawmakers. For the first time since its completion, it’s undergoing a historic renovation considered years in the making. At least that was the plan more than a year ago. CapRadio State Politics Reporter Nicole Nixon joins Insight to explain where things stand with the $1.2-billion-dollar project, that’s hit its fair share of legal obstacles amid a state budget shortfall.  

The evolution of Asian American towns
