This week on Inside the Headset we are featuring De'Rail Sims, the running backs coach at Cincinnati. Coach Sims discusses his coaching development, where he has seen growth and the transition to Cincinnati.

Coach Sims has seen success at all levels of collegiate football as a running backs coach for a national championship with JMU to multiple team and player rushing honors as a coach at Western Carolina, ECU, and Louisville. Coach Sims began his coaching career with stops at his alma mater of Pikeville, Millersville, and Carson-Newman.
